1. Grinding Spindle: PCD PCBN tool grinding machine, with high precision and variable frequency, the direct-drive spindle power is 3 kW, max speed is 4000 r/min. The inner of the spindle is cooled by recycling water. The axial run-out is 0.002 mm and radial run-out is 0.003 mm.
2. Pneumatic feed: 2-axis PCD&PCBN tool grinding machine, the machine adopts the “constant pressure grinding” technology. The feed slider is driven by constant pressure air, making the grinding process balance and stability, ensuring high production efficiency and good finish on cutting edges.

Production line configuration：
1. The use of large screen: 2-axis PCD PCBN tool grinding machine, displaying of the data of all coordinates and the tool image, located in front of the operating station, do not have to turn around and look up, as long as lifting eye, the operator can be coordinated to provide production,improving the efficiency of about 50%.
2. Grinding wheel main shaft angle is online-controlled by a servo motor. The primary and secondary relief angle can be reground at one clamping and avoid the manual-operated error due to the online automatic adjustment.
