Consists of 3-Axis CNC tool grinder
BT-150N 3-Axis CNC tool grinder The grinding wheel spindle for supporting the grinding hole. The CNC tool grinder spindle is driven by a separate motor. The wheel frame is used to support and drive the high-speed rotating grinding wheel spindle. The grinding wheel frame is mounted on the sliding saddle. When the short conical surface needs to be ground, the grinding wheel frame can be adjusted to a certain angular position within the horizontal plane by ±30°. The tailstock and the head frame together support the workpiece, and the sliding saddle and the lateral feeding mechanism rotate the lateral feeding handwheel so that the lateral feeding mechanism can drive the sliding saddle and the grinding wheel frame thereon for the lateral feeding movement.
The CNC tool grinder table consists of two upper and lower layers. The upper table can be rotated around the horizontal plane of the table to an angle (±10°) to grind a long conical surface with a small taper. Rack and tailstock. They can be reciprocated longitudinally along the bed rails along with the workbench.
