The thinner PCD layer thickness is beneficial to the edm of the blade. The thickness of the cemented carbide layer should not be too small when the PCD composite sheet is welded to the cutter body material, so as to avoid the layering caused by the stress difference between the two material bonding surfaces.

The geometric parameters of PCD tools depend on the workpiece condition, tool material and structure, and other specific processing conditions.
