BT-150N 3-Axis CNC PCD&PCBN tool grinder is made of grinding wheel oscillation axis(X-axis), rotation axis in the horizontal plane(B-axis), working piece feeding axis(Y-axis). This machine is suitable for the production of medium and large batches of carbide inserts, PCD inserts and CBN inserts. Once centering is finished, grinding will be done automatically under the drive of the servo motor. Due to the high hardness of the diamond material (PCD) and the rapid wear of the grinding wheel, the system can accept the input of the wear amount and compensate for it, and can maintain the dimensional accuracy of the grinding for a long time. The machine has manual and automatic switching functions, taking into account the needs of small and medium batches and large batches. The manual function is particularly suitable for the manufacture and grinding of non-standard inserts.
- Mechanical Structure: Mechanical structure: The machine base is made of an integral casting weighing 1.5 t, which can meet the requirements of grinding any hard materials require. The machine is equipped with a grinding fluid shield to ensure that the grinding fluid will not splash around. The optical component and CCD camera are properly protected from splash by metal cover. This certifies that water does not enter the lens during operation and that its optical adjustments are not inadvertently altered.
- Electric spindle: The grinding head adopts a high-precision frequency conversion speed-adjustable electric spindle, power: 3.0KW, and the maximum speed is 4000 r/min. The inner of spindle is cooled by recycling water. The radial run-out 0.002 mm and axial run-out is 0.003 mm.
- Guide rail: The use of high-precision needle roller guide rails significantly improves the rigidity, accuracy and durability of the machine.
- Servo mechanism: The control servo structure. The two linear feed axes (X and Y axes) and a rotating axes ( B axes) are controlled by servo motors, which can be driven by the application program to perform fthree-axis linkage. Improve the grinding efficiency and improve the edge grinding quality.
- Grinding head reciprocating swing mechanism: The grinding head swings under the drive of the servo motor. The oscillation frequency is 0-60 times/min and oscillate adjusted between 0 and 30 mm. The grinding wheel is with uniform consumption and timely self sharpening, ensure the grinding precision and roughness. The grinding wheel oscillation is controlled by CNC program and move very smoothly with speed optimization. Oscillation length, position and frequency can be set in the program;
6. Grinding wheel shaft radial locking: The radial locking technology of the grinding wheel spindle makes the two arc guide rails clamped and locked, achieving a gapless and stable contact, greatly enhancing the rigidity of the machine and improving the grinding quality of the tool edge by a level.
