Bt-150h PCD Tool Grinding Machine

BT-150HS is designed for the economical manufacturing and regrinding of cutting tools made from PCD, PCBN, CVD, tungsten, carbide and other materials. It can grind angles and radii on standard and special turning and milling inserts, boring tools, grooving tools and many types of special turning tools.

1. Mechanical Structure: The base of machine is made of solid casting with high quality. The main components weight is about 1.6 tons. It can meet grinding requirements of any hard material.
2. Grinding Spindle: With high precision and variable frequency, the rotation accuracy of the grinding head spindle: the axial run-out is 0.002 mm and radial run-out is 0.003 mm.
3. Pneumatic feed mechanism: The machine adopts "constant pressure grinding" technology, during the grinding process of the tool, the tool always bears constant air pressure, so that the grinding process is balanced and stable, ensuring high production efficiency.
4. Auxiliary work: pneumatic feeding device can realize fast forward and fast rewind of the grinding wheel, and can save 70% auxiliary operation time.
5. Wheel Oscillation: The grinding wheel oscillation is controlled by PLC program and move very smoothly. The swing range is between 0 to 30 mm (The max. swing range can be added to 150 mm according to the customer's requirement.).The grinding wheel is with uniform consumption and timely self-sharpening, to ensure the grinding precision and roughness.
6. Online CCD Measurement: using the optical microscope and CCD camera, the magnification is 25~70 times. The base line for comparison keeps unchanged after calibration. It ensures the measurement accuracy and makes the machine to measure the arc of tool nose accurately.
7. Declination Lock: The grinding spindle declines along the circular guide smoothly and radial lock can be made, greatly enhancing the rigidity of the equipment. After declination, the center line of the grinding wheel keeps the same height due to special mechanical design,so coarse and fine grinding can be made without declination adjustment.
8. Grinding head lifting adjustment shaft: grinding point vertical lifting device developed for non-standard tools (such as V-cut cutter, dense tooth milling cutter and tool front cutter face, etc.), lifting distance ±75mm, easy to operate.
