Product Description
This machine uses the principle of different materials and rotation speed difference between the grinding wheel to be repaired and the dressing wheel to achieve the shape dressing of the grinding wheel to be repaired.
The machine itself can perform simple and efficient dressing of diamond grinding wheels, CBN grinding wheels and grinding wheel groups composed of multiple grinding wheels. It can dress planes, angles, arcs and profiled grinding wheels. This machine is easy to operate and has high precision. It has the following features:
1. Precision linear guide rails and ball screws are used, and digital grating rulers are added. When the grinding wheel is dressed, the positioning accuracy and width size can be adjusted and measured at any time.
2. Both rotating axes use high-precision bearings to achieve rotation accuracy and stability.
3. The rotation speed, left and right swing speed, swing stroke size and position of the dressing wheel can be adjusted.
4. The rotation speed of the repaired grinding wheel is adjustable, and the position of the repaired grinding wheel is adjusted through the cross slide.
5. The manual axis adds a circular grating, which can adjust the angle of the dressing wheel more conveniently and accurately. The display accuracy is 0.05°.
6. CCD photography device, with a magnification of 15 to 50 times, can measure and inspect the arc, angle, sharp corner and size of the grinding wheel during work.
7. CCD and grating size devices provide simple setting and measurement of the width, position and inspection of the grinding wheel during or after dressing. The measurement accuracy can reach 0.005~0.01mm.
