I. Machine tool characteristics of PCD end mill tool grinding machine:

2. Electric spindle of machine: grinding head adopts high-precision frequency conversion and speed regulating electric spindle, adopts circulating water cooling, grinding head spindle rotation accuracy: end jump: 0.002 mm; radial beat: 0.003 mm.
3. Pneumatic feed mechanism: the machine tool adopts the "constant pressure grinding" technology, that is, in the tool grinding process, the tool always bears a constant air pressure, so that the grinding process is balanced and stable, and the overall grinding efficiency is high.
