The machine is equipped with friendly HMI software, not only G code programming, but also can use tool software of GSYun.The system is safe,stable,convenient and resistant to electromagnetic interference.The program transmission between CNC and PC can be realized by Ethernet interface and USB2.0,and the productivity can be greatly improved by starting with the shortest processing lead time.
2.Equipped with 3D simulation software,the necessary parameters of tool machining are displayed in the way of dialog box.After the parameters are input, the tool simulation can display the 3D graphics of tool and the grinding steps of machine tool.The anti-collision function of the software is used to avoid the collision in the actual process.
3.The corresponding software module can be used to process all kinds of cutting tools.By selecting and installing probes,the workpiece can be automatically measured and the tool wear can be compensated if requested.
